Booking Policy

Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled booking, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may need to reschedule and of which you will forfeit the total fee of your treatment.

 

Cancellations and Deposits

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or make any changes within 24hours of your appointment, 50% fee of booking is charged. No shows will be charged 100% of treatment cost.
